All families are welcome to visit and tour the centre at a time that suits their busy schedule. Please complete the enquiry form below, and the Management Team will be in contact with you to arrange your tour booking. Alternatively, you can call or email the centre to book your tour.
During your childcare centre tour, you will receive important information about our early learning programs, including policies, procedures, and enrolment requirements. This is also an opportunity for you to share key information about your children and family with our team. This confidential information helps us provide a safe, secure environment and supports the smooth transition process for your family. At our Early Childhood Education centre, we are committed to ensuring the best start for your child’s learning journey.
If this is your first time using the Child Care Subsidy, you will need to apply through Services Australia. The Child Care Subsidy is a government initiative to help reduce the cost of child care for families. It is available to eligible families based on their income, the number of hours they work, and the type of care their child receives.
To find out if you are eligible for the subsidy and how to apply, please visit the Services Australia website. The website provides a step-by-step guide on how to submit your application. It also includes detailed information about the eligibility criteria and the documents you may need to provide, such as your income details and child care enrolment information.
Once you’ve submitted your application, Services Australia will assess your eligibility and let you know how much subsidy you may receive. Keep in mind that the Child Care Subsidy can significantly help lower your child care fees, making it more affordable for families to access quality care. We welcome all families into our childcare centres for “Stay and Play” visits prior to starting care. Stay and play visits allow the children and families to visit our centres and become familiar with the environment, our team of Educators, and the routines of our service. These visits also provide an opportunity for families to learn more about the early childhood education experiences we offer. Children will feel at ease to explore and play in our learning environments if a loved one is present. During this time, our Educators will gather valuable information from the loved one about the children’s needs, interests, family preferences, culture, and developmental milestones.
Our Stay and Play visits are highly recommended and are proven to reduce separation anxiety for both children and loved ones. They also help children feel more comfortable with the early childhood education setting before they start attending. We often share tips on how to make it easier when leaving your child at our baby day care, and ways to help with the transition.
